COVID-19/HOURS OF OPERATION UPDATE
The Reds Team Shop has reopened to the public with new safety guidelines. Store hours will be Friday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The store will be closed on Sundays when the Bengals play at home – Oct. 25, Nov. 1, Nov. 29, Dec. 13 and Jan. 3.
Please note that face coverings or masks will be mandatory. Shoppers will also be asked to keep six feet apart when possible. Enhanced cleaning and sanitization protocols have been put into effect. In addition, non-contact payment of credit/debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay will be required.

- All Game Days: 10 AM until one hour after the game has ended

New Bag Policy at GABP
To enhance ballpark security and expedite the screening process, backpacks will no longer be allowed into Great American Ball Park. Acceptable items include purses, medical bags, diaper bags, briefcases, drawstring bags and Reds Heads Kids Club bags along with small soft-sided coolers that do not exceed the 16” x 16” x 8” MLB size requirement.
