Rockies Ticket Update

Thank you for your patience! We are excited that there will be Rockies Baseball in 2020!

Major League Baseball is working on a 60-game schedule allowing for 30 home games to be played at Coors Field. Our sincere hope is to have a limited number of fans attend our 2020 home games. We are diligently working on a plan that strictly adheres to health protocols in order to provide a safe and healthy experience for our staff, players and fans. Critical to having fans at Coors Field is that we all do our part, on and off the field, so we will ask that you please wear a mask in public, frequently wash your hands, and practice social distancing at all times.

As a valued Season Ticket Holder, you will be given the first opportunity to select your games prior to individual ticket sales. However, due to the reduced seating capacity, we will not be able to guarantee specific seats, games or quantity of tickets for the new events in our revised schedule. You will not be required to purchase tickets for 2020 and your credit will automatically be carried forward to the 2021/2022 seasons. If you select tickets for 2020, our seating process will allow you to use the funds currently on your account.

As a reminder, your Rockies Season Ticket Holder account will automatically be credited and we will be adding a 10% BONUS CREDIT to all the money that is currently on your account from all games associated with your ticket plan for the 2020 season. The remaining credit and the 10% bonus will be carried forward to the 2021/2022 seasons (e.g. a $5,000 credit will turn into a $5,500 credit). We will confirm your total credit via email within the next two weeks.

Once again, our number one priority is to keep all of our guests safe. We appreciate your continued understanding and patience as we work diligently through the details.
