How do I receive my merchandise gift box?
Boxes will be shipped to the address you provided when purchasing your membership.

When will I receive my merchandise gift box?
Merchandise boxes will begin to ship in early May. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

How do I redeem the ticket offers?
Log in to the members-only section of the fan club website. You will find your unique ticket promo code there and a link to purchase those tickets. Follow that link and the instructions to complete your purchase.

How do I know how many offers I have remaining?
Please call fan services at 216-420-HITS and they can check for you.

How do my ticket offers work?
You get two separate ticket offers. Each one entitles you to a second ticket when you purchase one ticket. These offers can be used together at the same game (two tickets when you buy two tickets for a total of four seats), or the offers can be used separately (one ticket when you buy one ticket for a total of two seats) for two different games.

How do I redeem the Food and Beverage offers?
In the Ballpark app, select the “Fan Club” tile. You will see a QR code that has all of your offers loaded. Show that QR code to the cashier when you check out at participating concession stands and the offer will be redeemed.

I am having issues redeeming an offer at a concession stand. What should I do?
Please let the employee know to scan your QR code under the “Indians Cash” option.

How do I redeem the Merchandise offers?
In the Ballpark App, select the “Fan Club” tile. You will see a QR code that has all of your offers loaded. Show it to the Progressive Field Team Shop cashier when you check out and the offer will be redeemed.

How do I access my MLB Audio subscription?
Listen to every regular season and Postseason game LIVE online and on supported iOS and Android devices with no blackouts. Choose home, away, or alternate audio.

I don’t live in Ohio, can I still purchase this?
Absolutely! Anyone can purchase this no matter where they live.

How long from after I purchase will my membership be active?
Your membership will be active 24 hours after a purchase, unless purchased on a weekend, in which it will be active the following Monday.

How do I access the 2021 Cleveland Indians Fan Club Members-only section?
Members of fan club will have access to special offers and content on the members-only section of indians.com. You must have a valid Cleveland Indians Fan Club username and password to log in. The email address associated with your 2021 Cleveland Indians Fan Club membership account will be your Cleveland Indians Fan Club member username.
